1. Relationship:

account immediately.

2. Illegal activity:

3. Third-Party Liability:

of third parties that may in

way cause harm to members.
4. Membership Fee:
4.01 There is no Membership fee to join our site. However, we provide an
option for members
to
Subscribe or Upgrade (4.02)
4.02 To avail MakeingCash maximum services , We highly recommend to
Subscribe or Upgrade
your
account monthly.
4.03 Monthly Fees on membership may be introduced if deemed necessary by MakeingCash.com.
5. Cancellation/Termination of membership:
5.01 Membership at makeingcash.com is voluntary and therefore
may be canceled at any time by the Member.
5.02 makeingcash.com, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to
terminate without notice, the account
of
any member caught in violation of the Terms of Service, Privacy or Refund
Policy.
5.03 Any member acting unethical or unprofessional may be removed
without refund (if any) at the
sole
discretion of makeingcash.com with all current and future commissions
and site usage forfeited.
5.04 Any membership that is cancelled/terminated will forfeit all
benefits and privileges associated
with
makeingcash.com Any positions held in makeingcash.com will also
be forfeited and ownership
will
be reassigned to makeingcash.com.
5.05 We reserve the right to terminate the member's account in cases
like, but not limited to,
spamming,
cheating, misuse or abuse of our site/program/site admin(s)/site member(s).
5.06 In all cases of account closure/cancellation/termination,
administrative fees of 5% on

Total deposited amount will be applicable.
6. Payments:
6.01 We may manually verify each payment to prevent fraudulent activity.
Therefore, it may
take
upto 0-48 hours for your account to be updated.
7. Refund Policy:
7.01 All purchased items (Upgrade fees for memberships (if any)/Add
funds/Purchase of
Traffic
Exchange or other ad package(s)/surf free plans including others) are
non-refundable.
7.02 If you make a dispute, Charge back or reverse transactions on your
purchases,
your
account will be suspended immediately. On closure of dispute, we will
re-evaluate
the
situation and may either reinstate your account or terminate your account.
7.03 If a Processor is Limited. No Refund Shall be provided for sales
have been generated as per our Rules.
8. For Advertisers:
8.01 Pornography / Adult / Gambling / Betting / Alcohol / Drugs / Politics or any related ads are not
allowed.
8.02 Ads that disgrace any Religion, Faiths, Beliefs,
Culture, Race, person, animals
or
any other living creatures / our site / other sites / other programs are not
allowed.
8.03 Ads with false / fake / misleading claims are not allowed.
Your account will be terminated if these type of ads are posted.
8.04 We reserves the right to delete Advertisement that are expired or
fully used.
9. Privacy Policy:

its members to third parties

the consent of the member unless required by law.

termination

deem it appropriate to exercise legal action.
13. UCE/UBE or SPAM:

Members proven to be
participating
in such activities will result in the termination of your membership.
14. Tax:
14.01 You, the member, are responsible for any and all taxes payable in

/ domicile or jurisdiction, for any income you receive either

15. Disputes. Agreements shall be interpreted under the laws.

terminate without notice,

15.02 Filing a Dispute without contacting us: We reserves the right to
Inactivate the account
once
the resolution is not finished. But once the resolution is finished, We reserve
the right
to
terminate your account and NO REFUND SHALL BE PROVIDED.
15.03 We reserves the right to dispute the payment we sent once you are
caught in violation of
the
Terms of Service, Privacy or Refund Policy.

change the terms and conditions without notice.
