We have studied the current situation of the site
technically, financially, and feasibility of profitability for the benefit of
all and in order to achieve continuity and stability! We have to alter some
rules for good.
There will be a changes to some of the policies that will
maintain the sustainability of the site and its activities in the field of
advertising industry, by God's will.
We have had put the two polls in English and Arabic groups to
know your opinions, expectations and sure your suggestions. we are thankful to
those who participated, we appreciate their confidence in MCA management, be
assured MCA admin always work for everyone's benefit, and for the work to
continue for years to come without debt, interruptions or full cessation of
business God forbid! We want to make the difference in the industry and do not
want to be another failure within the industry, at least for us as Arabs ... May
Allah (God) help me and you to what is good for everyone.
Changes (Healthy and always
for the better)
1. Daily withdraws: open 24/7 days a week, the lowest
amount $5 and Max $300 from a single processor or two, it is important to be a
total of $300 within 24 hours.
According to the terms and conditions of the site, withdrawals
requests carried out within 24 to 48 hours. If it was delayed for any reason by
more than 72 hours, please send a support ticket to site team in this regard.
I hope everybody is committed to it and not to flood the
system with same ticket subject! Because it does not benefit anybody and cause
delay in responding to the most important things.
The
change will take effect on (March 5th, 2017)
2. Referrals Commissions: We will lower commissions
from 10% to 6% for purchases from processors or through members (Referrals) spending
account of revenues.
After changing the percentage to 6% we will monitor the
daily growth of commissions for a month 30 days from the start date in order to
assess the situation until we receive the new requested code from programming
team.
IF commission growth looks reasonable compared to income,
then we continue the (6%) referrals program change, otherwise we will shift to
the new system of commissions (12% on referrals purchases from payment
processors only) and this decision will become final.
The
decision will take effect on (March 5, 2007) which is (6%)
3. Adpacks Levels Opening: the first group (Visionary)
Levels 1 and 2 Adpacks $1 and $5 at the request, Members will have freedom of
choice to start purchase of any level wanted according to their budget (you can
buy Adpacks in the second level $5 without completing the 100 active Adpacks in
the first level $1), but to move on to the second group (the third level $10),
you must complete 100 active Adpacks at the second level $5.
The rest of the groups and levels will have a full study
and assessment before proceeding to open the doors so we can be able and be in
control to balance expenses and revenues of the site.
The
decision is going take effect on (March 5th, 2017)
